JANUARY WARNBRO FREE BEACH DAY
Sunday 10th. From 9.30am. Location: Bayeux Terrace, Warnbro.

JANUARY POOL SPORTS CARNIVAL
Sunday 17th. From 1.30pm. Location: Como. Cost: Members $5pp.
Sorry, our host is marooned in Queensland, or will have to quarantine if he manages to get back
to WA, so this event is cancelled/postponed for now.
Ralph has invited us to his lovely home for a fun afternoon. We will light the BBQ around 3pm. Nibbles supplied but bring something for the BBQ, a salad to share, your drinks and towels. This is a nude event.

This is a special day, so we are going to celebrate it on the beach with a Free Sausage Sizzle lunch for Phoenix members (nominal cost for non-members). You can bring some meat yourself (or veggie alternative) but if an honest Aussi hot dog is your thing then lunch is on us! We’ll have arrangements in place in case the sea breeze comes in early. FEBRUARY “ALICE IN NATURIST LAND” PARTY
Saturday 20th. From 5.30pm. Location: Greenwood. Cost: Members $5pp.
You get the idea, inspired by the Lewis Carol books, get into character or just wear the most magnificently outlandish outfit that you can buy/create/imagine. Bring a salad or sweet, something for the BBQ, your drinks and towels for the spa etc. Please RSVP phoenixtreasurer@westnet.com.au to phoenixtreasurer@westnet.com.au or 0409 740 964 by Sunday 14 February and indicate what food you will be bringing to share please.

MARCH WEEKEND GETAWAY
Friday 19th to Sunday 21st. From 2pm. Location: Nannup. Cost $100 per double room per night.

We are having a self-catering mini-holiday down south in Nannup. We have found a great venue with 5 double ensuite rooms and an extra room upstairs that can sleep 1-2. If we fill the house there is space for a caravan ($40 per night). Extra nights before/after (textile) are on a B&B basis for $150 per night (double). This is a great venue with lots of space, a spa on the large deck with great views, and private gardens.
Friday night will be a BBQ with shared salads. In the district there are walks, perhaps the opportunity for a river swim, plus wine, beer and cheese venues. The town is a short walk across the river.
Nude event. The Club has made a booking. You can reserve a room by email to editor@phoenixnudistclub.org.au the earlier the better.

There will be lots of colour, bunting and some traditional games including a Coconut Shy, Skittles and Dunk Your Husband. And don’t forget the spa. BYOG and towels for the spa, food for the BBQ and a salad to share.

We have been offered the use of an indoor pool for a swim meet. So although the weather outside may be cool, the temperature of the pool is a nice 33°C. Why not join us for a swim and social? Everyone who wishes to swim will need to purchase a swim cap if they don’t already have one. PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR SWIM CAP IF YOU HAVE ONE.
